(Please note there were also several players in addition to these names  who were asked to participate but unable to this season.)

On September 10th, SCFL players and families honored those lost on 9/11.  The fields were covered with inspirational posters, players carrying flags, patriotic music being played,  and patriotic decorations on the fields.  Thank you to all the teams who helped honor our fallen heroes and all the families who have suffered from this tragedy.  We are all very proud to be Americans! Go USA!

College Park High School was very kind to include SCFL in their homecoming parade on Wednesday, September 28th.  SCFL even had their own float!  Several SCFL players and cheerleaders participated in the event and had a great time doing so!  CPHS wanted to show their support for the future students and athletes in our community.  Many thanks to all who helped organize this event and a special thank you to Linda Hazen for all of her hard work in coordinating cheerleaders and players, float preparation, getting footballs donated, and including the SCFL families for a fun night.
